Item is packaged in a small bag without any protection from the item being crushed in shipping. I have ordered this item two times and both times arrived broken due to Amazon shipping in a flat envelope.

I ordered this little pin in memory of my dog who I had put down on August 9th. When it arrived the dog was broken from the wings and halo. Sent it back received my other pin this morning and same thing broken!!! Going to send it back and get a refund!! Junk!!

Got this for a friend whose dog died unexpectedly. It was a nice, simple gift to give, and small enough that she keeps it buy her. She doesn't wear it as a pin, but it isn't large or obtrusive -- she keeps it in her office without anyone else thinking she is going overboard for a dead dog (you know how insensitive people can be). Nicely presented, nice product. Good condolence gift.

I bought this for my mother-in-law after the loss of their 13y/o Great Dane. It's a sweet sentiment that serves as a gentle reminder that our furbabies are always with us. Very pleased with the quality of the pin and the design of it, too. So much, in fact, I bought one for myself in honor of my Dane babies already at the rainbow bridge.
