First one fell off, found it and put it back on my dog. Fell off again.. out the second one on her and rigged it with a zip tie. A week later 5 ticks on her. Should have spend the money on seresto to begin with. Was hoping to find something less expensive that works, but this is not the one.

I have only had this for a few days BUT….I have found two dead ticks on the floor which, of course, is the best kind of tick. The reason for 2 stars instead of 5 is because I have to constantly tighten it as it comes loose immediately. If my dog is playing or if he shakes, it just comes right off. It does NOT stay closed or tight. At least for me. I have found it in the yard, on the deck, on the living room floor etc…I have a smaller dog and it hasn’t completely fallen off of him yet but it gets quite loose and requires tightening frequently. So…no matter how well it works for killing pests…..it’s useless if it doesn’t stay on. I have opened them up, put them on the dogs, cut them to size and threw away the packaging so I can’t get my money back. Reached out to the seller but haven’t heard back. Will have to purchase another brand. Disappointed as they do work.
