I tried this with my pitbull puppy for a while because she tries to pick up socks in the house and I was going to train her while using this muzzle but it's just not a good fit for her. It might work better on dogs with very narrow snouts because they'd have more room to open the mouth a little bit to adjust and feel comfortable but my pitbull puppy is unable to open her mouth at all and she gets very uncomfortable and can't pant or even adjust her tongue in her mouth or anything. It's also not very brratheable... my puppy struggles to breathe in it especially when she gets nervous so I won't be using it anymore. It does stay on well though and I was surprised that it didn't come off even with her rubbing her head on the ground trying to get it off.

Had no true instructions so was not sure exactly how to attach it to my dog. When I tried it worked okay but then it slipped off his eats and he took it off although it did fit his snout well.

We got this to prevent our dog chewing at his skin following an allergy flareup, so he doesn't have to wear the "cone of shame" all the time. Following the measurement chart, I determined that my dog needed a size XL, and the sizing was accurate for the snout area when his mouth is closed, but not the strap to hold it on. I took off one star because the strap that goes behind the head was WAY too long, and can't be adjusted as much as it needs to be. I had to use a seam ripper to take the stitching out of the end of the strap, and then was able to cut it shorter to adjust it enough. Also, Please note that the muzzle is not totally bite-proof (a determined biter could still bite through fabric) and does not allow for panting room, so it should not be left on for long periods of time or when the dog is doing something strenuous. It does work well for the purpose we got it for, though, and I will keep it as a tool in my dog's kit.

Runs very small. The M barely fits my 30# mini-aussie. Otherwise overall easy to put on. Takes quite awhile for most dogs to get used to wearinng it. But once it's on and secured it does the job. Not a ton else to review, looks exactly like the image. The buckle is a standard clasp so easy to put on.
