I've used this five times and after the fourth time I noticed very small black droplets in the bottom of the cup. Used it again last night and the droplets are still on the bottom of the cup - but have increased. I'm not sure exactly what is going on and if there is a crack in the motor and the lubricant is easing out . . . will continue to watch it and if doesn't stop - contact the company.

I’m so glad to have this! It has been raining a lot in my area, so I have to worry about cleaning my dog every time I let her out! This makes it so much easier. I love that it charges too and doesn’t run on batteries.

I bought two of these for my huskies whom I am very overprotective of. I opened it washed it add water with a drop of their dog wash and put one of my pups paw in it and pressed the button. My pup pulled his paw away and ran and I laughed but after getting used to it they love it. It’s like a massager while cleaning

Bought this for my moms dog due to always having to wash her paws every time we went out side at the lake cabin. At first she didn't know what to think of it but after the second paw she was just fine with her paws being washed.
