Excellent replacement for the rear window wiper arm on my 2003 Windstar. The original part's splines got damaged preventing proper operation. This part corrected that issue.

Ordered this to replace the rear wiper arm on a 2000 ford windstarWe've had it for a few months and still seems to be working fineit was delivered with just a plastic sleeve and no documentation
