I purchased this going off of a simple goggle search looking for a 5/8" to a 3/8" adapter at a 45 degree angle for my 2006 Pontiac GTO with the OEM intake (thanks Derpifornia) to replace the OEM fitting that was cracked. There isn't any info on Dorman's site about this but the larger end is 5/8" and the smaller end is 3/8". It's at about a 45 degree angle. It worked perfectly and may fit 05 GTOs since they also have the LS2. Others have stated that it doesn't last long so we'll see how long it lasts for me.

This worked well, I needed to replace the elbow from the PCV off the back of the intake to the hard line down to the PCV. Was hard to find. This had a crack for more than a year. Had a hard time finding a replacement. Used tape to make it work. When this leeks air it makes your truck use a LOT more gas and run like crap. Even had it back firing. All now fixed. Well worth it to look over all your rubber boots and lines. Replace broken or cracked stuff.
