Part that holds cables on both ends broke. The new stuff broke. Just used old rusty clips and cable end holder. Fixed.

The clip that comes with cable which was main reason for purchase broke right away. It deformed as soon I applied the parking brake.Nothing is bound up or stuck since everything is brand new so it broke due to weak metal used. Do not recommend.

you need to look at your old one as there are 2 types. This one does not have the adjustment. I had to return it. otherwise looks like good quality

Warning! Do not throw away your forward clip from the old Parking Brake Cable! The cable itself looks fine but the clip that attaches to the parking break,...broke. After installing this the very first try of the parking break deformed the clip beyond use. It is NOT hardened steel as it should be. The clip that was on my truck, original or not was twice as thick and of hardened steel.

delivered fast, and fit perfect on my 04 avalanche 1500. Only thing it didn't have was adjustable nut on back of silver bracket like original one had. overall it was the right length and no adjustment was needed.

Yep just as the title states. I purcased this product to replace the intermediate e-brake cable on my 2002 Cadillac escalade and it did not fit. It is over a foot too long as I bet this is for the ESV not the standard escalade. Thanks again amazon - I used the feature to verify that it is an exact fit for my vehicle and it stated it was. Was in the middle of replacing my rear brake set up and had the wrong product to do the job. I drove to my local Cadillac dealer and bought the right part for the same price as I paid amazon. Thanks again for the wrong product! I would have given zero stars as a rating but you don't have that option...
