I had a much larger version of this type of climber that was just too big for my crab's tank. This one is much better as far as size though not as sturdy as the previous one I had. Buy stronger suction cups though. I was able to use the ones that came with my previous hammock as the ones that come with this do not stay attached. They either just slide around or pop off after a short period of time. Save your crab from falling and get stronger suction cups.

I have a ten gallon tank and it was too big for it, otherwise it is well made and great if you have a larger tank.

Item was fine, only had it for a few weeks and it was covered in mold. I used it in my hermit crab tank which is supposed to be humid. I was not expecting it to be covered in mold in such a short time.

The suction is horrible. It won't stay on the tank. It just falls down.

My hermit crab was watching me install this on the tank. As soon as I put the lid back on the tank he was crawling up it and over it. It did loose suction the next day but this time I took the time to properly wipe down the sides of the tank. It's been holding for days with just that one side falling off. Now I can't say with 100% certainty if that one side fell off because of lose of suction or if it was pulled off. My hermit crab loves this and when it did fall off he was still climbing over it. Give your hermit something to play with.
