First one arrived broken. The second one (replacement) cash register open button sticks. Difficult to open. Microphone does not work.

The cash register I received worked fine but had a minor issue. My granddaughter visited and loved the product. She wanted to take it home with her but was told she would have to wait until the issue was resolved.I notified the company of the problem and received a prompt response. A new cash register is to be shipped to me. The company has a great product, and I highly recommend both the company and the product.Update: I received the replacement, which appeared to have the same issue as the original: no voice amplification through the speaker when holding the microphone button down. After working with the product for a bit, I discovered voice amplification does work but only when there's no distance between the microphone and your mouth.

El producto es de pésima calidad. No sirve el micrófono y tampoco suena cuando se pasa la tarjeta. No lo compren si no quieren hacer un gasto de más. Una decepción total

Product did not arrive with working mike and no other working functions.Very disappointed.It was a gift to my niece and nephew.Waste of money!
