I don't know what "special tool" the listing is refering to, but it does not come with one, and there is not a picture shown of what it looks like either. It was quite the ordeal getting one on and it took two of us after several attempts. All I can say is, I sure hope my tire service place knows how to get these off to rotate the tires! Besides instulation, they are attractive and seem to be made of plastic that isn't too cheap as to get brittle. NOTE: be sure to make sure you can get to the stem for adding air once it will be snapped in place!

These hubcaps look classy and upgraded.I was running on 3 original hubcaps for my 2008 Yaris.Looks like a brand new car instead of my old hoopty!! Love them!

This set of 15" hubcaps came to me fully assembled and in excellent condition, and they look very nice. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size on accident, and didn't discover this until it was too late either, but luckily a family member thought they looked nice too and offered to take them from me.
