These sprinkler heads are perfect to set up at the base of your garden plants. You can direct the water to a specific plant and not water all the weeds at the same time. One thing I really like is that it has a break off barb at the end. That barb can be used to connect the small quarter inch hose into the main half inch line. I've seen other kits where you have to buy that separately, and then they gouge you for that item. The sprinkler heads are adjustable all the way down to no flow at all. So you can set them up to just dribble a small amount of water on each plant.Unfortunately, they work so well that I have used mine helping neighbors with their own gardens. So now I need to order another package for my own garden.

I found these difficult to install to 1/4" tubing until I used a propane cigarette lighter to soften the tune. It only takes 2-3 seconds and not much longer, otherwise the tube can be damaged.

These are the best emitters I've ever used. The amount of area a single one can cover is astounding. Great value. A little difficult to install on 1/4 inch line but well worth the extra work and you know it's not going to come off once properly installed

The top does not "blow off" more than other more expensive brands over time. Comes with a adaptor I have never found a use for, but works well without this.

It is difficult to attach the emitters to a 1/4” distribution line. The attachment nib on the unit is larger than other brands. I attached mine on a warm sunny day and found it difficult and required a lot of pressure to attach securely. In addition, if the hose isn’t pushed up close to the stake it blows off. I did read in one review of the larger size, but ordered them anyway because of the price. I didn’t have any that failed to work, that was mentioned in another review. However, I did notice on some of them, that there was piece of mold plastic near the the intake. I simply cleaned the material from the intake eliminating a possible clogging. It appears to there was a design error in the mold and these are quality rejects. So that said, the ones I installed, about half, are working fine and without problems.

I like these heads, you don't notice them in the garden. Adjustable from dribble to full watering. Works beautifully. Excellent quality

The heads don't seem to stay locked for long, so one day the heads are watering fine at your set adjustment, then next day it just drips. Once it starts dripping, it never goes back to sprinkle mode, and you have to adjust the head until it does again. Not sure if I like these longterm, but the price was great deal and sure beats the non-adjustable heads that come with Rainbird/DIG kits.
