This non-roll elastic was used in a casing I made to repair the empire waist of a vintage dress. Other elastic that I purchased was a 16th of an inch too wide and I did not want to make a new casing.

It is very sturdy. I haven’t worn it yet so can’t tell about comfort.

I wanted a soft comfortable non roll elastic. This elastic was hard, very stiff.
