Keep in mind you do need two of these, but looked like the OEM and works smoothly and quietly.

This was the exact part needed to put together the serpentine belt on my application. however, Amazon is incorrect it's listing you actually need to have two of these exact ones for the application I needed. double check before you order that you have two of these exact units as apposed to what Amazon indicates.

Seem to be OEM parts. Installed easily and the obnoxious squeal was gone in a matter of minutes. Can't speak for longevity of the bearings, but can't go wrong for the price and fast shipping.

Installation was easy on a 2005 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi V-8. Although this pulley did not end up being the main culprit of the noise I am hearing from the engine bay, the old pulley bearing was wearing out so it is nice to know there is a new pulley in place.

i just received this today and installed it. so far it works awesome! after installing i let my 2003 dodge ram 1500 run for about 5-10 mins and the squealing noise went away. I will drive it around to make sure it doesnt start squealing anymore, the only downside is that it is plastic rather than metal the the OEM.

This idler pulley fit my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L great. It even appears to be the same part as original. Don't forget you need to order two of them as there are two idler pulleys in the 5.7L The belt tensioner is recommended to be changed as well. I ordered Gates part # 38382, it fit great and also appears to be original replacement.
