Kept throwing the serpentine belt. All other pulleys were good, alignment good, but the tensioner was scored and seemed to be allowing the belt to slide off as no guide sides. This tensioner pulley was easy to install . I'll update after a few miles and see I the pulley is holding up.EDIT no more thrown belts. This tensioner did the job . Good solid product.

Installed 2 of these on a 2000 Grand Caravan to fix the belt falling off in puddles problem. Had to install a shorter belt because these are not exactly the same diameter as the stock shoulder-less pulleys. Much cheaper than the Dodge Fix Kit or the double sided belt fix from Gates and doesn't require replacing the tensioner. Only downside is that one of the two pulleys squeaks at low speed.
