Alike others I had to grind some off for one of the bolts to sit flush and seal correctly. If you can install this yourself then this should not discourage you as the reward is well worth it for the price pointI'd buy it again if it takes a catastrophic hit from something

like very much. eazy to installed but the one screw just as other say you can not thighten because it hits the side of the intercooler .but i grind it the head of the screw and was able to tifhten with a # 10 open end wrench. and i notice the difference in the car perfomance immediately

Love it, same spec as the Injen intercooler for more then half the price. Keeps the engine cooler and have no issues since the install. Just take note drive side connection needs to be shave down in order the fit the bolts through the holes.

The product functions well and is an overall improvement from the factory one. I would purchase another one if I had too.The only thing I wasn’t too impressed by was the fact all the OEM fasteners attached well to the the factory piping except for the one on the lower right side of the cold side of the intercooler. I used a bench grinder to make the OEM fastener head smaller so it wouldn’t bind against the casting on the cold side of the intercooler. After modifying the head of the bolt small enough to actually clear the intercooler casting and achieve the correct amount of torque it works well.

I'd be cool to get a stencil to paint in the intercooler. Works amazing took my temps down 35 degrees so far

2018 civic SI coupe. Fit perfectly no issues no modifications. Going on a month now 0 issues. Makes a significant differencein my air temp at WOT. Great upgrade for half the price of other similarly performing intercoolers.

The holes for the in pipe and out pipe didn't line up just right but all n all i made it work and all is doing well with the car.

Installed on 2020 civic si. Install was straight forward and easy. Intercooler has held up with no issues. Fins were all straight which is what matters. Great buy. Car pulls consistently now after install. Before securing intercooler(left and right bolts)tighten IC pipes. Honda IC pipes are hard plastic.
