Had this pump replaced under warranty, new pump lasted approximately 6 months of use. The replacement pump cannot be exchanged under warranty; no available parts for purchase.

Be careful with this one folks had it just over a month does not work can't get a hold of anyone. Says one year warrantyI did contact these people and they did replace my pump. Just took a couple weeks I guess I'm a little impatient.

Very nice fountain that is not to big nor too small. My pond I have this in is natural( no liner) and small. The fountain may be a little big for it. The smaller fountains would clog and is was annoying cleaning. Finally the last one I had burned up. I expect this pump won’t clog because there are no small jets to spray the water out. Reasons I made this 4 stars is because the screws that hold the pump to the float are quite hard to get seated and tightened down. They are only thumb turntable. I used long nose pliers to tighten. First time doing it with my thumbs the pump dropped off the float. There are no screw slots to use a screw driver. It also has a lot of torque when running and as a result you need to tie down both ends to opposite shores properly. If not, the fountain will spin and wrap the power cords. That would be a disaster. Just wondering how long the poly strings will last. I suspect I’llNeed to change them often unless I can find a long term tie down solution. Anyway - happy on the look and hoping it lasts a long time.
