We got totally screwed on a camper. It ended up leaking like crazy. My husband and his brother spent an afternoon coating the roof with this stuff and the durabond tape and now our problems are solved. (We hope.)

The tube's tip is molded plastic making it hard to cut off but it does seal the tube really good from drying out before use, the sealant is really good, it’s a thinner viscosity than silicone caulks and squeezes out easier. It’s supposed to be self leveling but I still used a putty knife to flatten it over the surface a little to make it level faster before it started to dry. Sticks to everything on my Rv roof. I’d use the again.

Don't buy this product. I cleaned my RV roof and applied this lap sealant. The Dicor I used is holding up perfectly 4 months later. This product, is peeling up and feels like a sponge. I absolutely would not use this product anywhere you need a water tight seal. I am throwing the rest of the product away and replacing with Dicor. Fortunately I used Dicor for most of the roof, but the areas I used this product must be redone. It also takes forever to cure and doesn't level. Another negative.

Wear gloves! This stuff can be messy. I used it to install a bathroom vent fan assembly on my RV’s roof. I needed 100% silicone. It took two tubes for a standard sized exhaust. Looks great but won’t be able to tell if it’s waterproof until the rains come. I’m confident that it will work, though.

Followed directions, cleaned roof and old caulk with denatured alcohol as I have with other lap sealant brands. Found that it did not stick and peeled it all back off. Applied Eternabond roof tape instead and then used this sealant once again and this time a mild soap and water to clean areas I wanted to seal around roof vents, antennae, etc. It once again failed and is lifting in all spots that it was applied to.
