These went on a 65 corvette without power brakes. I purchased them purposely to increase stopping power and allow for shorter stopping distance from freeway speeds. I do not have many miles on these pads yet, but so far they are doing exactly what I wanted, they really grab and they do not fade. As expected, they do dust which is fine. But again, my goal was to stop, and the improvement over what ever was on the car before is really dramatic. The yellow stuff was more expensive, but so far I'm impressed, feel it was money well spent and would buy them again.
