I have used ebc pads for years they never disappoint

I have not inspected the pads yet. My wife sent these pictures to me today, showing how damaged the package was delivered. I hope they are still in good condition. If everything looks good, or if customer service helps me replace any damaged pads here, I’ll give 5 stars. With that said, These pads are unreal in quality, performance. Those that complain about squealing and dust do not understand the use of these yellow stuff pads. They are serious stopping power formulated pads. The epoxy used in these pads alone are updated the moment an improvement is made. They don’t wait for the next year to improve them. If they squeal, it’s the poor material the rotor is made from. If there is no graphite in the rotors metal mix, they will make harmonics from the high friction of the pads. If you require the stopping power of these pads, than dust is not an issue. My truck makes over 800hp, and over 1000 ft pounds of torque. I live in top of a 1200 foot high mountain, and drive to sea level every day. I torture my truck. These pads are the only ones I use. I use the EBC slotted and dimpled rotors on the front, and the Bendix quiet stop rotors on the back. They work perfectly. Did I mention I torture my truck every day?

This was my perfect upgrade for my Tundra. While I was never scared my tundra wouldn't stop these pads feel so much better and confidence inspiring.

These pads do the opposite of my OEM pads. They work better when heated up. Stopping power is much more aggressive, a great upgrade if your towing, first "initial" cold bite will seem average. As soon as they're hot...oh boy.Installed on a 2014 Toyota Tundra 5.7L

Bought these for wife's 2013 Tundra. Night and day over previous pads! They stop good but really shine when you stomp on the brakes (they just bite harder and harder once they get a little heat in them). They work so good I spent the $ and bought EBC yellows for the rears as well. The only drawback is significant more brake dust than stock but that's with just about any aftermarket pad. Fits like OEMs pads, easy install. Make sure you "bed" them in properly. Little bit of squeal until bedded. Every now and again we get a light squeal but not an issue at all- very rare. So far, wearing well. Would buy again!

Lots of brake dust. Going on 2000 miles. Still getting a good amount of dust.Stop great once they are warm. Initial stops in the morning when things are cold show significantly reduced performance. I.E. the stop at the end of the driveway takes twice the effort. Once I get to the first light, they are normal.Less brake fade while trailering.Getting sick of all the brake dust.Lots of squeeling the first 500 miles. Still get a little bit during slow, stop/go traffic.Did I say lots of brake dust? Man these things have painted my rims a nice flat black.

GoodThese brakes stop my 6000lb truck like the day it was born. I'd say slightly better and cheaper than OEM.BadHeavy heavy heavy brake dust. Even my black rims look gray. Very tough install on my tundra. Holes were slightly too small for the pins on my truck. Might be a tundra issue. They also squeak BAD the first 500 miles. Made me think something was wrong but that's gone now. They still do the squeaking but only in reverse now.Would I buy again? Probably not. They stop my truck like its a race car but I'm not sure its worth all the cons.
