Yes, ECPPP recommends replacing all componentsof the timing system at the same time. The useof worn sprockets may cause the chain to fail tomesh with the worn sprockets, resulting in poorengine performance.

The chain tensioner does not fit 2011 acura tsx 2.4. The rest of the kit fits well...Amazon search tool indicates that it will fit ...

BUY THE GENUINE OEM PARTS, THANK ME LATER!!I installed this kit on my 2009 Honda Accord 2.4L i4 as my timing chain and tensioner we worn out. I ended up getting a CEL regarding my camshaft from my chain having too much slack. I was able to install the kit myself and saved HUNDREDS of dollars vs. the genuine Honda parts.***DECEMBER 2019 UPDATE*** I ran into some problems as the timing chain and tensioner had gone on me. The tensioner failed on me a year later, 20k miles later, after installing this kit. I ended up buying a full Genuine Honda timing kit to replace this kit. I figured I didn't want to replace the parts from this company with the same parts, to have to take it apart next year. This might be a good kit to just get your car running, but I wouldn't recommend it if you plan on keeping your car.

Seems pretty good on my girlfriend's 20009 Honda Accord LX K24. Says it runs good and gets her where she needs to go, will update in 8 months.
