I ordered this because I was hoping it would be very easy to install in established door knob. It’s attractive and works well. May need to touch up paint from your previous knobs.

These, unfortunately, did not work for the pocket doors we were trying to install them on because the clearance between the pocket and the surface of the door is just too narrow so these rub and keep the door from opening and closing fully. They are beautiful, though! They are nice quality, have a nice heavy feel to them and would be best on NEW pocket doors that you can make easier adjustments to rather than the 50-year-old pocket doors we are trying to refurbish. My mistake, not the product!

It's hard to lock and unlock with the key that is provided. it's rough int he mechanics and doesn't align too well. Wouldn't recommend. The key itself doesn't work well with it and is too small, very easy to lose.

This pocket door lock is stylish. It was very easy to install and works smoothly. The modern design looks great, and it provides good privacy for my bathroom. Feels sturdy and well-made. Definitely a great buy for the price!

Really sharp looking and functional to send the message that the door is locked. This isn't going to keep anyone out that really wants to get in, but it serves the purpose of letting people know the room is occupied or off limits. We were replacing an old handle and didn't have to cut any extra holes in the doors, so that was helpful.

This is exactly what we needed for our newly installed pocket door. The parts are made well and Installation was easy. The instructions were clear and precise and easy to follow. A template was included in the instructions to cut the correct size. The lock includes a key but it can also be unlocked with a coin. The matte black finish looks really nice. I only wish it included a door pull. We need to purchase one separately in order to open the door when it is closed in the wall.

I was able to install this myself replacing an old bent handle. It has a beautiful sheen. This fit my door perfectly, whew what a relief. Now our pocket door can be opened and closed.
