Your cart is empty.Our ceiling medallion collections are modeled after original historical patterns and designs. Our artisans then hand carve an original piece. Being hand carved each piece is richly detailed with deep relief, sharp lines, and a truly unique touch. That master piece is then used to create a mold master. Once the mold master is created we use our high density urethane foam to form each medallion. The finished look is a beautifully detailed, light weight, solid construction, focal piece. The resemblance to original plaster medallions is achieved only by using our high density urethane and not vacuum formed, "plastic" type medallions. Medallions can be cut using standard woodworking tools to add a hole for electrical or a ceiling fan canopy. Medallions are light weight for easy installation. Had to move the chandelier so that it would be centered over the dining room table. We were able to paint the medallion to match the ceiling and move it about a foot without the old hole in the ceiling showing. Looks like it has always been in that spot.Love it!Cheryl

Measure for the perfect size. If you have to make modifications on the size of the hole like I did, use a jigsaw. I spent four dollars on a new blade and it turned out wonderful. I used a glue that was insta-stick. A two person job because of timing and placement. The finished product is beautiful.

I bought this to cover some damage to the ceiling and am so impressed with the quality, and durability and class it has added to my bathroom. It was easy to work with, ease to install and adds so much depth and interest, I would recommend highly.

Although we missed the return window, this product will not work for what we need. It is well constructed but there is too much open space (almost 2") between it and the ceiling to use for a ceiling fan. We needed to cover an extra box next to the fan box and this was the least ornate one we could find. Two stars for the medallion only because of the gap.

We purchased about a dozen mixed size and design medallions to create a huge statement wall in our two story entry way. This was a decent size but the quality was only alright. We were every careful with all of them before hanging-not easy to do with two little kids and how long it took figure out the placement, but again, we were very careful and this one still ended up with a few areas where the surface of the medallion was damaged.The main thing I did not expect and do not like about his one is that the opening where wiring might go through, if you were using it that way, is not flush with the ceiling or wall. So for our application there is a very noticeable gap that is award. I would not have ordered this one if I had realized that.

Just the final touch needed to add some character to my new build dining room (and also to cover the hole created when I asked them to move the chandelier!). I had it painted white to match the trim, and it looks great!
