Worked great for me. The eggs will taste just like scrambled eggs. But without the grease. I love em. Better than the usual method.

I don’t care for egg yolk in hard boiled eggs, so I’ve long sought for a contraption that would scramble the eggs in their shells. Alas, it was just too great an idea to be true. I read the directions for using cold eggs. Followed the directions to the letter, but not one egg was mixed. So then I tried 6 cold eggs but let them whirl for almost a minute each; the result was just a regular old hard boiled egg with a lovely round yolk. Next I tried leaving freshly bought eggs out over night to come to room temperature and gave each of them a 30 second whirl. Alas, another batch of old fashion divided eggs. The only thing the Egglecto does well is identify eggs with weak shells. Not sure how well you check that carton of eggs before you buy them? If you need to know how good a judge of eggs you are, put your eggs in this silly thing for two spins, and the weaklings will be shattered and their poor egg guts flung all over the protective dome.

It's junk. Don't bother. Every egg I've ever put in it (raw - because that's what you're TRYING to scramble in the egg shell) breaks!

This product is great, but it is inconsistent in mixing the yolk as I have made sure to have the device fully charged before using the product. I mixed 6 eggs. The first two mixed just fine; the third egg didn't mix; the fourth egg mixed; the fifth and sixth egg didn't mix. In other words, out of 6 eggs three mixed, but three eggs didn't mix. Thus, I have mixed feelings (3 stars) for this egg mixer.

What else can I say. The product I received simply does not work. I read the instructions. Charged it. Tried all that I could think of. The product is a dud and simply does not work. It is a paperweight.

I saw "golden eggs" on a YouTube video and was intrigued. It was explained it was done with an egg spinner -- something I'd never heard of before.I got excited when I saw this egg spinner and it's every bit as fun as I thought it would be.The egg cup is large enough for AA large eggs. It gets kind of loud while spinning and I had to watch the spinner because, despite the suction cups, it tends to walk across my counter while spinning.I tried both the 120 and 180 settings... 120 is ok for unrefrigetated eggs but you'll want to use the 180sec setting for eggs coming straight from the fridge.Does it eoek? Yes! I used the spinner and used the spun egg for an omelet and that worked perfectly. A later attempt at making a golden boiled egg was equally successful.So this isn't a must-have item but it IS functional and fun... and it's a great gift for home cooks who love gadgets.
