Its says it goes 20mph but thats not true it Gets up to 15 mph pretty quick but battery drains pretty fast

Product ordered was not what was received. Company wanted to argue about the watt motor, was suppose to be 500 and we received 350. Plus the speed and battery life was less than description.

Advertised speed not accurate. Max is 15mph. Power button already sinking. Makes noise in back tire when tire rotates even if break tightening screw is loosened. Would return but dont want to pay return shipping.

Great scooter, but the stats are lies. I have bought another scooter identical to this one from a different seller with the correct stats. It doesn’t make sense to lie about the stats. The scooter does not go 25 mph.

I really like this scooter. It's very well made and operates exactly as expected. It's great to be able to fold up and carry it into offices and restaurants. I received the scooter just a few days after placing the order, so shipping is fast. The motor is actually 350W. The 500W stated in the specifications is the peak power rating. For my type of riding that is just fine. I had questions about using the app and the support group was very helpful. Everything works great. Very pleased with this purchase. I would buy another.
