Your cart is empty. This 600LBS Holding Force electric magnetic lock consists of an electromagnet and an armature plate used for access control door locks.
By attaching this to the door frame and the armature plate to the door, a current passing through the electromagnet attracts the armature plate, holding the access control door lock shut.
NC Mode (Fail-Safe Mode): The door will be closed when power is on; when power off, the door will open.
It is suitable for wooden door, glass door, metal door, fire-proof door, Cabinet, etc.
Please check if Z and L brackets are required for installation.

The documentation is minimal, but if you have any familiarity with electronics, it shouldn't be too difficult to install. If you can't understand it, please contact the vendor as he will supply any information you need. One year after the installation, the system is working perfectly. When I needed to get more key fobs, the vendor was quick to send me the link to order more. Top notch product with excellent support make this a 5 star product.

The mounting bracket for the magnet comes attached to the magnet. The screws were tightened so tight that I couldn't remove them, to separate the mounting bracket from the magnet - which is necessary to attach the mounting bracket to the door frame. Either ship with the mounting bracket separate from the magnet, or don't tighten the screws so tight that they can't be removed! Returning.

The 600lb magnet seems to be fairly impervious. I put one on my 3ft shed door, and another on my 4ft shed door and they both hold well. Wiring was straightforward since it is only a two wire affair. The various brackets that come with it enable a diverse way to install the magnet, and it comes with two depths of bolt which is helpful depending on the depth of your door.Word to the wise: some of the captive hex screws can be a little tight. Don't be afraid to put some elbow grease into them.

These brackets will be used with the extra magnetic lock we ordered. They go to a panic room door and will allow us to lock-unlock that door quickly and securely with 2-locks holding it. Well, packaged and arrived in great condition and very quick.

Installation steps were not clear at all.Some screws made no sense. Ultimately, made it work in my own way for a inswing door.
