When it works, it's awesome. However it seems the software is buggy and the hardware is useless without the software. Constant freezes happen where I have to unplug and replug the device(why they don't have a on/off button is crazy) it has been nothing but frustrating to deal with.

I am a filmmaker, armature streamer, and im satisfied with this (im glad i got the model with the knobs) Works great for my set up! Using for streaming and using sb7 mic directly plugged in to unit. worked instantly without having to watch many tutorials. The software worked great! Already looking to buy more hardware from them.

Super easy to set up.Takes away the issues of getting a good mic set up with the benefit of a mini stream deck for massive boost in functionality.Really great value for money as it is usually on offer.Feels like it has made from good strong materials.

Previously had been using the TC-Helicon GoXLR mini for my audio routing needs. Upgraded to the StreamDeck+ and XLR dock pack just this week and I am already noticing how much more control I have over my audio. The added benefit of the StreamDeck+ having the 8 action buttons on top of the audio knobs is a great addition also.Definitely would recommend for those looking for an XLR interface for audio mixing needs.
