This set is a starter so you basically have everything you need to make a dumpling. Everything works great. I love the fact that it comes with round cutters that make dough sheets the perfect size for the press. The press is also a good quality with a fixed leverage unlike other cheap quality press that breaks easily. It works perfectly and I am very satisfied with the dumplings that it makes and it is much faster to use this press than closing it up with your hands. People that has never made them could make it as well as long as they have this set. I recommend!

I make a lot of empanadas and hand pies, and sizing the dough and enclosing the filling is the most time consuming part. Anything that would save me some time would be appreciated. I saw this set of two empanada presses, with dough cutters, at a great price, and ordered. They are very easy to use, and very easy to clean. They are both a little smaller than I would normally make, so I use the larger one the most. I found out quickly that if I filled them too full, while it did seal, the seal popped open during baking--so use less filling than you normally would. They make a very nice looking empanada. The dough cutters are sized to fit, but I would suggest expanding the edge out just a little, and NOT pushing so hard to seal that the edges end up shredding. It takes a very small learning curve. These DO save a lot of time, and I am delighted to have them. I recommend them without hesitation. They would also make a great gift for anyone looking to save a little time, or easily make the same size and shape of pie (Ok, I have this problem if I freehand it--all sizes and shapes!). I am delighted with this set.

These are handy kitchen tools for a quick meal, or quicker snack, with the air fryer. I like the variety of sizes, meal/snack/desert size - it's up to you which size is for which.I have yet to make my own dough for the empanadas, so I cheat with the premade 'discos" sold in grocery stores. They seal up quite nicely by the teeth of the presses.The largest of the dough cutters arrived slightly bent/dinged. However, due to the aforementioned pre-formed dough discs, this has not created a problem for me.

This dumping maker came in super quick and is really amazing. It comes with everything you need to make dumping's. Super easy to use and clean. I am very happy with it.
