Installation Instruction
- Turn off and cool down the car, disconnect the drain line, remove the retaining bolts and swap in the new reservoir tank.
- Allow the remaining coolant to flow back into the drain pan.
- Replace the new reservoir tank and reinstall the coolant hose to the radiator and tighten the clamp.
- Finally check if function well.

Replaced reservoir in my 2013 BMW X5 XDrive 35I the Reservoir was exactly what was offered actually better than the factory reservoir. And the bonus was that it was the cheapest I found and was delivered in 4 days. It came with a new cap as well. I am 59 years old and not a mechanic by any means I installed the unit myself with help from a YouTube video and it took care of the coolant leak I had. I would recommend this unit to anyone who suspects that their coolant leak on their 2013 BMW X5 is coming from their expansion reservoir.

Fell apart within a week started leaking at the bottom. But that wasn’t the biggest thing the cap and guts fell out into the tank, which plugged up my coolant flow and caused other damage will post a picture
