I needed replacement pulleys and this was a kit I could get next day. The kit had what I needed, however, I didn't use the water pump or timing belt. I had a marked OEM belt and a good water pump. So the timing belt in the kit was not marked and was stiffer and thicker than the Japanese belt I had. With the dual overhead cam heads and multiple pulleys marks make a big difference in making sure things lined up. A positive thing is the kit came with double roller bearings. The main reason I purchased the kit was because of a failed single roller bearing in an idler. So the pulleys are working in the car just fine. The water pump gasket is paper and not metal. Make sure to use a metal one. Finally the tensioner bolt provided has a head twice as thick as the OEM so it hits the cover. Reuse the OEM tensioner bolt. So the kit works in a pinch just be aware that it is not the best timing belt kit available.Update 8-23I am tearing the engine down for head gaskets. I have put around 10K miles on the kit. What I found is that the small idler has spun grease out as the rubber seal has failed. The tensioner has also leaked out the damper. The pulley bearings are still smooth and good. The damper was still holding tension. However, I can't say that they would last 100K when the timing belt is due. So the kit has low quality components.

No timing marks on belt to help line up timing, waterpump needed to be deburred as casting of the housing is very low quality and did not sit flush on the engine block, bearings on the pulleys are not smooth either! Time will tell if this kit will last, better to spend more to get a quality kit.

All parts look sturdy and identical to Subaru genuine, yet the timing belt has zero markings on it (beside on main marking), so it’s not for beginners when using it in a Subaru .
