Hubby took this kit to a friend's house and it was used on our 2008 kia Sorento. Hubby says everything needed was there and that it was a great kit for the price. Pieces are great quality. Everything fit right, and he and his mechanic buddy were actually surprised. They don't take this review stuff so seriously sometimes, but they said this kit was a good deal! That's two mechanics, 2008 kia sorento. Good deal!

This is a very complete kit for the 3.8 liter Sorento Motor and it's pretty important to replace these timing chains on time otherwise these little engines just do not do well. We are talking catastrophic failure if this is not done on schedule. But this little kit makes it easy and it has absolutely everything I needed. I let the guys at the shop take it apart and do most of the work but I watched and helped and I was able to see the quality of the tensioners and guides and chains and sprockets and everything is really quite good. I trust it and I think I'm going to be seeing a lot of miles now that it's replaced.
