EXECUTIVE CHEF™ UC SINK
From the Manufacturer
The Executive Chef kitchen sink offers a large, deep basin on the left with a slightly smaller, moderately deep basin on the right. Space for the faucet and accessories are offset, accenting the gently curved interiors. Made of durable KOHLER Cast Iron, the Executive Chef provides ample workspace with elegant simplicity.

The sink looks great. However, the tracking for the delivery said we needed to be here to sign for the sink, so we stayed home to make sure we were here. But, the delivery service didn't come to the door when they delivered the sink, and just left it in the driveway in the rain, and drove away. My husband just had open heart surgery and had to find help to get it into the garage and out of the rain.

While the sink is a great design for me, and the white is lovely, it EASILY stains like I've never experienced! Simply carefully resting silver utensils or metal dishware/cookware in the sink, leaves gray marks that are difficult to remove. It's a good thing I'm careful as well as being meticulous about constantly rinsing the sink, because it also stains very easily due to various colored food products. Yesterday, I spoke with Customer Service who informed me about their special cleaner that they will send me, that should provide some protection. We'll see.

Kohler sinks are beautiful, functional and last a long time. We took out a top mount Kohler sink that had been in place for 30 years. It still looked great. We went with an under mount for our kitchen remodel but went with the same style of sink 60/40 extra deep and large bowls that we had for 30 years. Beautiful. It is a heavy sink and needs support with boards along both sides of it to cradle it in place. Otherwise, easy to install.

The Sink is beautiful and the box they packaged it in was perfect. However the first sink we received was chipped in the middle and the second one was chipped in all 4 corners!

This sink is beautiful and I was so thrilled to receive it so quickly from this seller and in perfect condition! Its the perfect depth to be able wash dishes inside the sink as opposed to above it where water gets everywhere. I also love how the right side is smaller but still big enough to wash dishes in if the left side is full. I would definitely recommend this product for its quality, sleekness and durability.

We love this sink. The product arrived on time and was packaged very well. I really like how deep the larger side of the sink is. My previous sink was a Kohler Executive Chef only it was a top mount in white. I've had it for 22 years and it still looks like new. These are great, durable sinks.

This executive chef is great with its extra deep sink. You can have dishes in the sink and actually not notice them. It's very functional and attractive. I had a stainless steel sink before this purchase but the sink never looked pristine unless it was completely spotless. This sink is heavy duty and it looks great in my new kitchen. Glad I made the purchase.

We love this sink. My wife wanted a single bowl sink so her larger pans would lie flat, I wanted a double bowl sink so we could have a rinsing bowl while hand washing the dishes we didn't want to put in the dishwashers (fine china, good cookware, knives). The oversized left bowl fits a 12" skillet flat, handle and all, while the slightly smaller right bowl is still plenty big enough for almost any task. Some notes:1) Get a faucet that can be mounted "single hole", because you'll want the faucet mounted on the leftmost mounting hole. If you use a 3-hole faucet, the filler will be off-center. It would work, just be aware. There are 4 more holes for mounting air gaps, controls, dispensers, etc.2) The sink doesn't ship with sink strainers. You could re-use yours, but more likely you will want to by new. Kohler makes strainers (Duostariner) and disposal flanges that match their faucet finishes, these are beautiful and sturdy parts that will match the solidity of the cast iron sink well. I'm very glad we invested in them3) The other review called this sink "fragile"; while it might break if you went after it with a 16 lb sledge hammer, the porcelain finish is tough and the iron is thick and sturdy. This sink could outlast you kitchen4) There are also racks for the bottom of the sink, if you tend to drop plates and glasses into you sink, these can offer a bit of "cushion" to reduce the odds of breakage, since the sink has almost no "give", dropped dishes have a higher chance of breaking than thin sheet steel sinks which flex readily.
