Used this for a 2006 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 and have had it on for a year now. It is less stiff than the OEM clutch. I do hear a slight whistle, kind of like a bearing sound which I assume is the throw out bearing. I've seen other reviews where you have to make sure they put a little grease on the input shaft before applying the bearing which I really hope my mechanic did, if he did than this sound might be normal, if not, than I hope I don't have to replace this again but it wouldn't be Exedy's fault. I really like the feel of the clutch though.

Fits right in my '07 tacoma X-Runner and came with the clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, alignment tool and spline grease. I've only put 10 miles on it so far but everything runs great, and it grips fine at stock power levels. The only small issue I have is the pressure plate is really soft compared to stock so it worries me that when it fully breaks in it will slip. In 10,000 miles I will update my review and if all goes well ill move it up a star.

Excellent buy. Exact same clutch for my son's Toyota truck was $120 more at one local auto parts store & $193 at another. Always check Amason before buying anything!

feels like I am driving a new truck.-Softer than stock-Grip for days-I can idle up inclines, my truck feels like it has all of its power again.-Cheaper alternative to the very pricy racing and towing clutches that most of us will never use.-Better version of the OEM clutch.NOTE: If you have a tacoma with a release bearing 'squeak' note that your pilot shaft is probably worn out (mine felt like someone had put a bunch of dings in it with a hammer) - you NEED the URD sleeve kit. It's a release bearing (different than the one included here) and a sleeve that covers the pilot shaft. If you do not do this, your bearing will get worn and start wobbling on the damaged pilot shaft and the squeak will return. Do yourself a favor and get the sleeve kit. Do it all while you have it taken apart.

This does fit an 07 FJ Cruiser. The first one I ordered (Aisin CKT-058) did not even though the page said it would.
