High quality stator that replaces the less reliable OEM stators. This Stator is manufactured with an advanced core made of magnetically highly conductive material to minimize the magnetic losses. It uses the highest quality copper wire for the windings that are installed using computer controlled winding machines for optimum winding quality. Therefore, this stator generates less heat than the stock unit which dramatically improves reliability and durability. The best quality lead wires with insulation bring both enhanced abrasion and heat resistant, and the rubber seals and connectors to be an exact fit in the bike.

I've ordered two separate stators and rectifiers(this particular stator and rectifier being my most recent order) and both sets have been complete junk! Both sets have blown. This has all been in the last 3 months. Those of you that want quality parts go to Rick's motorsports. Amazing quality and they ship out same day. Customer service is amazing also. And all parts are made here in America. DONT ORDER AFTERMARKET PARTS FROM AMAZON!!!!

bought this kit around the holidays and installed. Here we are less than 5 months later and the stator appears to have burned out. Left me stranded. Got home and confirmed no charge at just slightly over 10v. Update: April 24th- to be fair I must add that the failure was fault of my own. First time replacing a stator on a bike I didn’t recognize that the one I was replacing was installed incorrectly to begin with. The wiring harness should’ve been installed underneath the protective guard, which is screwed to the stator cover. Anyhow, failing to see this and installing the stator with any good way to secure the wiring caused the rotor to rub a hole through the wire insulation. Grounded stator won’t charge.
