This is the first bore sight kit I have ever used. Keeping things old school and learning the weapon while having fun on the range (even porch or field) was really the only way I have done it until now. Fire, make adjustments and fire again... repeat if nessicary. Good enough results until now. Now, the results are considerably better.It is compact, but absolutely stuffed with everything one needs to sight in their firearms. There are so many different adapters and components all packed into a well designed case with a neat and organised foam insert. It has barrel caliber plugs for any weapon... within reason. BMG probably jas different requirements, as well as super long range. It even was able to sight in my 7.65 Argentine Mauser. (Odd caliber)I find it incredibly useful for all my rifles and even my 1911 with laser grips and my other one with a trigger mount laser/light combo.I used the included and detailed caliber chart to find the appropriate barrel plug adaptor (more than 40 sizes) and slid the completed unit down the barrel (unloaded of course). The green laser was extremely bright and it fits perfect with just a twist to tighten up the barrel plug so it was seated. Turns out my origional eyeball, off-hand setting was off by 1 inch to the left and low at 30 feet. Now it's a nail driver at 50. It took about 2 minutes to complete the job without sending one bullet downrange.... but more than a few did find home after that!I was also able to use the correct plug for my 30-30 with iron sights to set the appropriate setting on the rear sight for 150 yards. Now I know exactly where my bullet will hit and exactly what distance the other adjustments on the sight are. It's still solid out to 300.I was surprised how easy this kit is to use and easily went through all my firearms to properly calibrate sights and yardage without firing a single shot. I should have purchased this kit a long time ago. I laugh at the money I spent at the range when I probably paid for this kit 20 times over in ammo just to hit the center of the 10 ring.The range confirmed what the laser showed me with the first shots fired. Now I won't have to dope (Kentucky windage) when I'm shooting because I know exactly where I'm aiming and trust the rifles firing true even more than ever. Yes, there will always be nessicary adjustments in the field, but knowing exactly where your baseline is really ups your capability.It even worked when I replaced the iron sights on a 1911 with new ones so I could get my alignment perfect on the first try. It is a great feeling!My 44 magnum Mares-leg is now an even more impressive boom stick and great at 50 yards. It can go more, but does drop off quite a bit after that, so I just kept it simple and within realistic range. Such a good time!There is even a 2nd battery in the set, and larger barrel adaptor for shotgun bores that simply slides up the laser before you attach the barrel plug so you can sight in your big guns too. I was able to set my 16 Gauge at 100 yards and keep the shot pattern in the right place.Once on, and attached down the barrel, everything fits snug with no rattle, jiggle, or movement as one would hope for a proper bore sight.I am incredibly impressed with the entire kit. The quality is top notch and durable enough to last. Nothing in it gave me any doubt I will be able to use this for a long time. Even at 300 yards, the green dot was clearly visible. It's a powerful tool to keep precise adjustments easy to obtain and rely on.I can't say how well it works with handgun or rifle optics, as I don't use/have them, but I doubt there would be any problems. I'd love to get some for a few of my toys.I was even able to sight in the not so expensive scope on my .22 pellet gun. It was pretty off from the last time we used it but now I know exactly what the scope is telling me.100% satisfaction when it comes to small vermin.I know that sighting in a rifle can be a personal thing for many people who all have a trick or two that could do just as well as the bore sight kit, but in terms of time and money on ammo, the end result is the same... the target goes "ding", the ten ring disappears, or dinner is dropped quickly and on the first shot.It's espically great to know that when you are out in the field and cannot risk making noise double checking your scope at hunt camp, there is a was to ensure your scope didnt "self adjust" during travel. Perfect shot placement can be maintained or double checked before going after your game.Happy hunting!

As a Professional Marksman and Competition Firearms Team Member as well as an Avid Hunter I work with a ton of Tactical Gear including Red Dot, Green Dot, Blue Dot, Purple Dot, Lasers, Scopes, etc!! When adding on new tech to my Firearm I have to be able to Zero In my Firearm using the Scope, Red Dot, Laser Etc!!This Bore Sighter Kit from EZ Shoot is EXCELLENT and probably one of the better if not The Best Bore Sighter Kit that I've seen on Amazon! I love how everything is neatly organized by caliber in this kit! They include two batteries as well as a small Phillips head screwdriver and all the accessories you'll need to successfully zero in your firearm! The actual bore site with the laser is made of a metal aluminum alloy which is great material and the one I got has a green laser on it which looks amazing as you can see in my attached photos! I found the instructions to be super user friendly and very easy to quickly zero in your firearm!I also love the fact that in this boresighter kit all of the bore adapters that you would attach to your laser have screws already set and ready to go with the boresight laser. Therefore you simply pick your caliber and screw that into the back of the boresight laser and you're off and running! It's super simple super easy! Zeroing in your firearm is as easy as once you have the correct bore adapter on the bore site turn the laser on look through whatever you are using to attain you target whether it be a scope, a Red Dot, laser Etc on your firearm and make sure that the two lasers meet at a certain point at whatever yardage you are shooting at! It's as easy as that!I love this kit as it saves time and saves bullets since you aren't starting from scratch and trying to Zero in on your target with just your Scope, Red Dot, Laser Etc! This gets you on the right track right away and then you can make your minute adjustments depending on your shooting style!
