Me and my partner have had issues making it to our gym since it closes a bit early, but I’m very committed to my fitness journey so I’ve been looking for something to fill in the gaps for the days we can’t make it.Anyone who has been interested in equipment knows how expensive they are though, and we just bought a house so I’m currently not trying to spent a crazy amount of equipment on a more advanced set up - then I found these. I’ve had bands before, but they were those plastic ones and not THAT great. But these? MUCH better.I’ve been lifting for years now, and leg day is my best by far. I’m very petite, but squat about double my weight, can leg press over 500, and max out my gyms hip abductor machines that go to about 300. But even just using the LIGHT band with a decent amount of reps was a great workout.I’ve only used them once, so I can’t speak to the longevity of these bands but from first impressions they seem like sturdy quality - and considering the price I definitely recommend them.

These are great quality, but.... Don't try to use them for PT and certainly not for the average person. While sturdy, they are very hard to pull, IE it takes a lot of strength. I am a fairly strong person and allergic to latex, and that is why I got these, and they don't roll, but they are very strong. Too stong.

I have just used one band so far. Haven't had them very long. I am a senior that doesn't walk as much as I should so am using the bands to try to strengthen my legs. I have scoliosis and compression fractures in my spine so hop I can get more muscle in my legs and body by using them. They seem to be good quality and are slip resistant.

These resistance bands are awesome — sturdy, comfortable, and easy to use. I’m sticking with the lightest one for now, but my husband and son are loving the other three. Perfect for the whole family!

I am so glad I purchased this set of resistance bands; they are made of fabric (which is exactly what I wanted) and there is a variety of resistance (from medium to extra heavy). Because of the length of these bands, I'm able to use them for variety of exercises. (I mimic the cable kickback using them for one); I could go on and on about these, but I will finalize this by saying it was a great purchase, they are slip resistant, seem durable, there is no smell, and they come with a zippered pouch.

Útiles y cómodas. Uso las tres para hacer pull ups y me funcionan muy bien. No se me resbalan del pie ni me prensan. Solo es un poquito difícil desamarrarlas después de usarlas. Igual traen un aroma extraño, pero se les quita luego de un rato.

I live in a place where humidity is so dense, that all plastic parts and rubber bands gradually desintegrarte. At least these won’t snap on me while working out. They feel great. They are so versatile. I hope they take my fitness to the next level.

Son muy funcionales y en lo personal las utilizo para complementar mi entrenamiento en el gym después de las pesas y para cuando no puedo ir y hacer ejercicio en casa, lo único malo para mi, es que tienen un olor muy fuerte recién llegadas, para mi fue muy molesto, es un olor raro por lo que tuve que lavarlas al igual que las bolsas qué trae para guardarlas o transportarlas, son de muy buena calidad ya que aguantaron la 1° lavada en lavadora en ciclo delicado y no se descosieron las bolsas y las ligas no sufrieron ningún daño, me han funcionado muy bien

This is a fantastic product, perfect for yoga and stretching made very well with three different options for difficulty. You never know sometimes this is probably the best product I have seen. For what I was needing very similar to actual gym quality.
