How to Use?
Removal of coatings
A new ferro rod fire starter needs to have the black coating removed from the surface before use.
Prepare materials for easy ignition
Take some accelerants such as dry wood shavings, toilet paper, accelerant strips, etc.
Strike the ferro rod to get a spark
Strike the ferro rod witha scraper and you get sparks, you will get sparks just about every strike.
