I have found several favorites that I am eager to make!I order this book because I want to use it to do several lap quilts. Three yard quilts are easy enough for me and as a new quilter, there isn't a lot of fabric needed. I love Fabric Cafe and own more than one of their products. The price I paid was such a great deal.The quilt pattern used to make this quilt is Lickety Split. I needed something quick and easy to give to my brother for his birthday. He loved it. Instead of one yard of my number #2 fabric, I used 18 different scraps. I love this pattern because it came together quickly. I don't have a lot of time to devote to quilting. These pattern allow me to make something that I can proudly give to my family and friends. I have 4 more cut out to make lap quilts from this particular pattern, before trying a different pattern. My goal is to gift my family and very close friends a lap quilt. (Lol, and to reduce my stash. ) I am a fabric addict.

The 3-yard Quilt books are really wonderful. They look hard but go together quickly. The only thing that bothers me is that the fabric for the binding is half the size it really should be so I buy an extra 1/4 yard to take care of the problem.
