The dimensions are incorrect it’s not 36-1/4” now I need to remove the shower base and replace it so my shower doors fit.

I am not a professional but I've installed quite a few pans in my time. This, by far, is the best with regards to engineering and finish. The thickness is sufficient to remove flex and provide a solid feel WITHOUT mortar or some other supporting material. The finish is well applied, ensuring the pan will not show stains, signs of distress or yellowing in the future. The plan is constructed to match to elevation of the floor (1" above subfloor which roughly equals tileboard and tile). Very good product!
