How to Use Hand Pressure Pliers
Note
When installing snap buttons, the A side of the male/female button must be opposite the five pointed corners of the snaps cover. Place the B sides of male/female button up into the slot in the jaws as show above.
Male Button Installation
- Select 1x female button, 1x male button and 2x hollow pronged rings.
- Place the hollow prong ring on the jaws without the hole.
- The B side of the male button is opposite the slot with a hole.
- Put the fabric in the middle of the jaws and then press.
Female Button Installation
- Place the hollow prong ring on the jaws without the hole.
- The B side of the female button is opposite the slot with a hole.
- Put the fabric in the middle of the jaws and then press.
- The installation is complete.

These seem to be good quality but they won’t go through the fabric I want to use them for. I have cloth pee pads and wanted to be able to snap them together to make a larger pad. These won’t work with my pads.

If you're looking for snaps for mockups, this might be a good deal, but they are way tight. I had to separate them with nail to get them apart and not rip my fabric. I was able to expand the female side with an alan wrench, by finding one the just fit and moving it in the right way to expand the opening.The tool miss aligns the snaps to frequently. I have up on it and switched back to my older one that assembles them just fine.The case is way to small to fit all the snaps and they done even come in the case.
