I needed a 7/32 socket (5.5mm) to access the screws to attach the 2 L-Clips, each side for the front fender trims. For the 3rd L-Clip there are screws provided that are self tapping/drilling........You'll figure out your own method of spreading the U-Clips. I used a small phillips screw driver shaft which worked well.The Pictures/directions are pretty bad but if you stare at them long enough they will make sense.The adhesive tape is marginally exposed to adhere to the truck. I need to get some to reattach part off the psgr. side trim piece. Not sure how long the rest will stick.They do look nice mounted however and weren't all that expensive.The hardware is silver so I painted it with flat black to blend in........

Take your time. Try and fit many times before final install. Added another layer of 3m tape on top of existing tape. Happy with final outcome.

The adhesive was terrible, if you set it up there to attach the clips the strips just fell apart, the fit was terrible, along with the product looks extremely cheap.

The product looks and fits great on my 2009 F150 XLT. The flares were cut to precisely fit my vehicle. The installation instructions are pretty poor and need to be redone. The front pieces utilize three factory holes and a couple clips each. The back pieces just utilize clips. I used a couple of the included self-tapping screws on the front pieces for extra security. In addition to the clips on the back pieces I used 3 self-tapping screws on each side that I already had. With the included clips and self-tapping screws the fender flares seem to be firmly attached. The material seems to be significant enough that it should last for years. I think the product is a good value for the money, especially compared to what some other companies are asking for similar products.

They fit perfectly. Look OEM. The adhesive stripes allow for perfect placement and assist greatly if you’re installing them solo. Took me about 30mins in total. The u clips included along with the brackets all fit in place. I love them.
