Es una flauta que usamos en la escuela para cuando se le olvida a un alumno.No tiene un sonido extraordinario, pero sirve para tgrabajar correctamente la embocadura y la afinación. Para eso, Yamaha nunca decepciona.Totalmente recomendable por su precio, pero no como flauta principal.

This is the YRF-21 Fife. It is available on Amazon at a fraction of the price.It is not over 14 inches long. It is the same at the Yamaha Fife sold for about $12.

il ne s'agit pas d'une flûte à bec mais d'un fifre (plus proche d'une flûte traversière et plus difficile à jouer),bon rapport qualité prix

Not quite as annoying as the recorder, this is a great learning step towards the flute. My daughter has found it challenging but enjoyable to play and I have found it hurts my ears less from another room. It does not hurt to occasionally lose it. Recommended by her flute teacher.
