Put this horizontally on the back splash and works perfect. Easy stick on with adhesive on the back. Great for measuring fish asap after caught.

Absolutely terrific product! Placed it straight on the side of my boat and was super easy to install. I was impressed by how sturdy it was. Caught a couple of blue’s and took little to no time in measuring those beauty’s. Got back to the dock and sprayed it down. Still looks brand new!

This fish ruler is sturdier than I expected and sticks right onto the rail of my boat. 3M backing ensures it sticks well and it seems like it will stay there through bad weather, frequent cleanings etc. Super easy to quickly measure the fish so we can release the shorties quickly. The ruler actually looks cooler than I expected and the grey color works perfectly on my boat. I'm very happy with this purchase.

While many fish rulers are metal what I love about this one, is that it is a thick foam with an adhesive backing. Much thicker than I expected. This is a gift for brother in law who loves to fish. He'll be able to place it right on his boat and measure as soon as the fish is caught and brought up on the deck. No "fishing" around for the small, metal ruler that he swears he put in the his tackle box! Its a super smart concept that its also made to weather the sun and saltwater. Loved the color choices but I chose the graphite to match his boat. Hoping this also ensures I am invited on his boat more often!
