Stay away from this kit. The only part that is stainless is the muffler. Mine is already rusting and the tips are too. The system has only been on about 2 months. I am going to rip and off and go to an exhaust shop, to ge alot better quality.

I love the sound. Quiet at idle, but just the right amount under throttle. Sadly enough it will not work with a goose neck bed mount hitch system unless you plan on storing the ball when not in use. If you have a flip ball the pipe for the driver's side crosses over right where the ball goes into the receptacle. You can use the hitch just fine, but you can not use the hide function. Maybe Flowmaster will correct this.

This was a great add on to my F250. I only gained a little MPG. Works well with the new air intake I added. Installation was not bad either. Helped to have another set of hands.

This kit is complete, sturdy and well put together. All parts are marked clearly with clear instructions. Hardest part is getting the factory system off. The kit connects behind the small resonator from the factory system. unless you have a lift, plan on making a cut in the old pipe just behind the rear axle to get it out. Not enough ground clearance otherwise. The sound of this system is as follows. Outside the system sounds nice, much deeper than the factory unit, with a nice growl. It is not intrusive by any means. This will not wake the dead or shake the earth. You can pull in (idle into) the driveway at 2 am without ticking off the neighbors. Inside the cab, you hear it but its not annoying and you don't have to blast the radio to hear it, and no annoying drone! none. No real mileage change, seems to have a little more grunt off the line, but could just be my heavy foot. Tools: 15mm deep socket and ratchet, 11 mm for chrome tips, screw drivers (2), and a sawzall for the cutting the old system. 2 people/1.5 hrs.
