Used on a ram 2500, sounds really good, about the same as a regular flowmaster 40 but the truck runs way better with this muffler than the one it replaced. I believe the exhaust shop had previously used a 2.5” muffler (2016 ram 2500 stock exhaust piping is 3.5”) the truck used to bog down at weird times with the old muffler, put this bad boy on and she breathes much better. No more bogging and power loss, great deep powerful sound. Highly recommend. The ends are expanded to accept 3.5” pipe as a female fitting, don’t bother with clamps, I ended up having to weld mine on. Hope this helps someone
