I got this for my pick up truck. It has a nice deep tone on start up but once it idles down it is kind of quiet. Sounds good on acceleration

Most of the reviews said sounds were moderate; however, definitely loud enough that conversations in the vehicle are difficult with window up. If you are looking for something that is throaty and tone of a race car this is for you. I'll be uninstalling and getting something else. I like deep sound but when you can hear my truck arriving from 3 blocks away, that's not what I was after

Purchased for my Land Cruiser with a 6.0 LQ9 (LS) swap. Many other mufflers could not cut the sound and had a blaring tone above 3000 RPMs. I also wanted to hear my cam a bit more, even though I have cats and a 2 into 1 exhaust. The 50 series did the trick, I have the sound I want but it's not too loud.

Put one on my f150 5.0 recently and Toyota pickup like 5 years ago and it still sounds really good. Cruise nice and quiet or throaty in the the higher rpms/on limiter. Just installed one on my dads 07 Silverado cuz he wanted to “hot rod” it a bit. little different with the v8. Sounds mean but not too loud outside the vehicle, like they say (moderate tone) It does drone a little at certain RPMs but that’s expected with an automatic v8 and aftermarket muffler. Made the KnN intake growl more too. LS motors make a lot of indiction noise. He likes to down shift and engine brake and now it really rumbles and crackles, sounds neato. If you keep it in drive and just brake normally it won’t tho which is nice. Great muffler, we both like it more then the 40 or 44s. Those sound kinda tinny.

appears to work well with my 2001 dodge ram 1500. fit is great, performance is great, not quite as loud as i was expecting, but sounds good. Get this if you don't want it loud, but still have a real good sound.

I bought this for my 2004 GMC Envoy 4.2l and I love it! Not obnoxious or anything, gave it a nice deep tone and is definitely louder. With the windows up not very noticeable. Windows down definitely noticeable. I have only driven for a couple days but seems to be fairly better on fuel mileage, considering I keep pushing the loud pedal to hear it! Welded and installed it myself, fit great. Bought the 3" center in, 3" offset out. Slid over the stock pipe so was easy to weld up. Bought a 18" piece of 3" tube to make up for the shorter length.Overall I love it!! Highly recommend!
