I’ve been wanting to start working out from home, and this looked like a great addition. I was right! Assembly took a little while but once together it works great. Definitely feel the burn in the legs and you will be sore the next day if not used to it! But overall I’m very happy with it and definitely recommend. And bonus points for being pink!

I love this quad/glute exercise thing more than I thought it would! And I LOVE that the tension is adjustable. It's too hard for me on the toughest setting. (Six knee surgeries.) My husband is a pro at it on the toughest setting, though. I use it a couple of times a week - can't use it more than that, otherwise it hurts my knees. But it's definitely helping me get stronger!

It's a little lite weight so 300 plus? Otherwise very versatile. Folds up great. A little annoyed it showed pulse on the monitor but doesn't have one. I did this about 6 times. Twice a week. The last time I got to 1k reps in about 25 minutes. But the next day I had some wicked tendonitis in my elbows . That's a deal breaker for me. Returned. Had tried to reduce arm usage by adjusting seat ,handles but no luck. For me it felt like all arms. Felt in lower back. But no abs and hardly any quads. If you flex your ankles at the bottom of the movement you can work your calves.

It took me less than 15 mins to put together by myself. Everything you need comes in the box and instruction have nice illustrations more than words. The seat and handles are nicely padded and the frame is sturdy and well made. Everything is great quality and no sharp edges at all. Great weight and I broke a sweat in the first 10 mins that I used it! Definitely recommend and the color is so pretty!

The timer does not fit on the allotted location. It’s too wide and thick. The machine works great. I can feel it immediately.

I've been adding to my small home gym a piece at a time. Mostly just weights and resistance bands but I've been thinking for a while about adding some kind of work out machine. I looked at all different kinds of machines but these squat machines really appealed to me because they are a stand up machine and therefore it is very easy for me to get into position to do the workout. This machine reminds me of an execise machine that used to be on infomercials back in the 90's. They called them "riders". But this is a much improved and evolved version of that type of equipment.Even among "modern day" squat machines, this particular one has some upgrades over some of the others out there. It has a much larger and wider seat for more comfort, and also 4 hooks for resistance bands to connect from the frame under the seat to the lower rear frame area where some have only 3 (or less) resistance bands. Also, not all of them have the resistance bands on the handles like this one does. I took all of those upgrades into account and decided this was a good choice. In use, the machine really gave my arms a good stretch as well as my back, but also I could feel the burn in my thighs! I am a senior so I wanted to be careful with my knees, so I didn't go as deep on the squat as I thought I could have. As I gradually build up muscle, I feel like I will probably go deeper but just listen to my body as I go. I really like that I can adjust the resistance as I build myself up.I also found that this machine works best for me when I go slow. To me, stretches should always be done slowly to help prevent injury, but slow is also better for my muscle building. I'm not going to end up looking like a weight lifter, but going slow allows my arms and legs, especially my thighs, to get a really good stretch AND workout and also allows more time during each rep for my core to get more involved. I really need all of that. The machine felt sturdy in use, and in just a few days I had added more reps and increased the resistance. I know that is common when first starting with a new workout but still, it is a real motivator. This is a very worthy addition to my little home gym!

This machine is perfect for my needs because I work at home, and it was getting increasingly hard to fit gym trips into my daily schedule. But having things I can fit into my day in short bursts throughout the day words so much better for me.One of my favorite machines at the gym was a rowing machine, and one of my favorite lower body weight exercises is squats. This gives me a rowing motion and a nice squat-like workout. It’s easy to adjust the resistance, and I like the variability of it.The machine doesn’t take up a lot of space, and it will also fold flat very easily, so you could slide it under a bed or lean it against a wall to move it out of your way.But let’s talk about set-up. I saw some people comment that it was simple to set up and others say it was confusing. Both are true. The actual set-up really isn’t difficult, but understanding the instructions was a different story. I was able to get it together more by looking at the picture on the front of the instructions and online than by following the suggested steps. They were NOT clear at all. But, that said, it still didn’t take me long, once I figured out that the instructions weren’t my best resource for seeing how it went together. And in the end, I love everything about this machine except the pink seat and handlebars. (Totally not a pink gal.) But nothing to take off any stars, even with the color and the poor instructions. I really couldn’t be more pleased.*Disclaimer: This review is part of Amazon's Vine Program which provides products at no upfront cost in exchange for honest and unbiased reviews.
