No sirvese agotó la batería, quiero cargar, lo conecto con el cable original y/o uso diferente cable y no carga, así pase todo el día conectado sigue con batería baja

No rubber gasket for lens bezel for sealing & securing it against the door,Bracket plate should’ve come w/a way to secure it to door like screws & screw holes or double sided tape at the very least (I added my own),The washers for the two mounting screws not just barely clear the bracket plate opening for it but also barely hold over the slits they’re supposed to clamp onto.The wire ribbon has an exposed pin chip connector that is difficult to insert into place while trying to keep the wire ribbon slack from binding up in between the bracket plate & the monitor.Cause the monitor wasn’t designed w/a recessed in the center for the wire ribbon slack to tuck into.The instructions are so miniscule the instructions are barely legible while the pics are not at all.Even so, after magnifying to try setting up w/app & connecting to WiFi I discovered the model wasn’t even listed on the app’s device list to start the setup. After contacting the seller I was told to refer to the provided instructions or hire an installer & offered me 10.00 for the issue. I’m a GC & am fully capable of the installation by the way. SMH this item was exactly what I needed but I’m so disappointed I can’t fully use it to its fullest potential & the customer service I have received.
