This backpack lasted two weeks for my son’s school year. After the zippers busted, we went back to the backpack he used the school year before. That thing is in great shape after two years. This OU one (which he was so excited about) wasn’t worth the price.

My third grader is that age where he didn't want a boring backpack, but had outgrown dinosaurs and space ships and things commonly featured on boys' backpacks. He was so excited to receive this backpack. Now, we've only used it for 3 months, but it still looks brand new. He loves it so much that I'm hoping it lasts a couple of school years.
