It's pretty challenging finding a spot to practice pull-ups besides the gym so I've really been wanting to add one of these to my setup. From the beginning, it isn't very many parts and the instructions are straightforward. I received all the hardware and tools I needed to be able to set this up with my 9 year old daughter in about 20 minutes. I've only used it for pull ups and dips but it feels very sturdy (I'm about 180lbs). This would be great for pull ups, dips, abs, etc or even just to grab the bar and hang to stretch your back. The height can also be adjusted to bring the bar higher or lower and you can fold it to save space. Overall it's pretty lightweight so can be placed wherever and isn't very big so storage shouldn't be a problem.

Lil too tall for my 2 year old but perfect for my 5. Nice sturdy and foldable. Very easy to assemble. Wish the width was adjustable. Height is adjustable.

I'm very satisfied with the YYJO Foldable Pull-Up Bar Free Standing. I loved that it folds easily, which is perfect for my limited-space house. It's super sturdy, doesn't wobble at all, and feels very secure, even during intense workouts.
