Easy to use and conveniently slim for storage. I'd purchase again.

I expected this to be slightly larger, so I can't haul anything of real substance (I'm 6'1", so I can carry a lot on my own), but this will help with either especially heavy items or a moderate stack of boxes, especially for my wife to move around (she is 5'3").It also takes a moment, at least for myself, to figure out how to put the handle back down. I didn't immediately realize that the plastic rim at the bottom lifted straight up in order for it to swing forward and I struggled figuring it out for longer than I probably should have.

All in all a nice cart, but I would question the 500lbs capacity on it. That's a lot of weight, needless to say, but I said it, and while the cart is well made I do have concerns that it could hold up under that much weight. It may work fine, I am hesitant to try, not that I have 500lbs I want to load on it regularly. For my purposes this cart will work perfectly without issue.

Great for groceries. The is small, so stackable items are key. If you shop at places like CostCo, this can be a great help to and from your car. It packs down pretty well, making it easy to bring along in your trunk. I don't see needing this while traveling, but if you take a lot of carry-ons, maybe you would find value in it. Honestly, I think it's too small for luggage, but shopping and moving heavy things around your home are ideal uses - think soda multi-packs, boxes of tiles, storage boxes, etc.

This thing is super portable. Folds up really easily into a small space. We have a larger one that is pretty big and hard to move around places. But this will fit nicely into my car or if I want to move a big plant or piece of furniture without waiting for my boyfriends help.Excited to find use for this thing. Feels pretty sturdy for being plastic. I'm happy with this dolly!

I have a heavy tool box full of sundry hand tools that will fit perfectly on this base and now I can roll it all over the shop to wherever I need it. The base is hard plastic with many closely spaced 90-degree ribs underneath and is strong and sturdy. The handle is pretty wobbly where it meets the base, strangely enough and is a point of weakness. The handle itself is made of hard aluminum which seems plenty strong. The handle telescopes a lot and so collapses down when I need to make it compact to throw in the truck. Are the bungies meant to stabilize the handle? Secure loads? Not obvious or particularly well thought out. Pretty strange execution and there is no explanation. It’s like a problem they just gave up on and Mickey Moused it. The bungies that are attached are pretty worthless for what I am using it for but if you are just using it to cart boxes and stuff around, they may work ok if you finesse ‘em.The back wheels swivel for good maneuverability. The wheels themselves are made of a hard but slightly giving plastic material that looks like they will hold up and last a good long time. The wheel frames are steel and solid with ball bearings. The locks on the back wheels are well designed and sturdy- easy to actuate and unlock and don’t mess up the tires. I will probably remove the bungies, drill and bolt my toolbox directly onto the base and then stabilize the handle at the base with some angle iron and other steel laterals, drilled and bolted on. Otherwise, nice cart and should work great for me after modifications. Not perfect but almost there depending on your use.

I could not find instructions, but could have misplaced those by accident. Anyway, I figured out how to manipulate the handle. There is a release button at the end of the handle which releases a series of buttons along the sides of the handle. Those buttons inside the handle hold and release the extensions and the plastic part which will keep the handle rigid in the upright position. When the handle is extended, the part to keep the handle upright tends to slide into place. If you want the handle to be at a slant, you must engage the release button at the end of the handle while extended. While holding that button, pull the stabilizing piece up the extended handle just below the first rung; then release the end button. Small buttons will protrude through the inside of the handle and hold the stabilizing piece out of the way.Similarly, when you want to close the handle to fold away into the grooves of the base, you must hold the release button on the end of the handle, press down the handles, and gently lift the stabilizing piece a couple of inches from the bottom. When you release the button on the end of the handle, 2 buttons protrude from the inside of the handle and hold the stabilizing piece so it doesn’t slide into the bottom groove. I hope this explanation is clear enough to follow. To test the ease of use, I had 2 friends stand on the base. Together those friends weigh about 400 lbs. It was easy to move them around with very little effort. The cart has 2 stable wheels on the front, and is steered using the 2 swiveling wheels below the handle. Two bungee cords with plastic hooks on the ends are held in place with a knot, so the cords don’t easy get lost. The folded unit is very light weight, and such a small footprint it can easily be stored in your vehicle to have handy for shopping.
